Just like every month, we bring you the latest news of the Mencey Cookery Classroom, a unique gastronomic experience in Tenerife. The combination of the finest cuisine, relax and cooking courses aims to provide guests with the best possible experience.

For the second consecutive month, the Iballa Cocktail Bar offers every Saturday a special aperitif called the Vermuteria del Mencey. From 12.00 to 15.00, all attendees can enjoy delicious gourmet tapas to accompany the wide selection of spirits and vermouth. Come and enjoy a very special Saturday!

If you are looking to enjoy a day of relaxation and enjoy a delicious brunch, the Iberostar Grand Hotel Mencey offers a new concept, the Sprunch. This service combines SPA treatments, where to renew body and mind as a couple, and the famous gourmet brunch. Available from 11:30 until 13:30, it has a price of 45€ per person.

And for all hobby chefs, the cooking classes this month have been designed to make the most of this time of year. The first course will be held on Thursday, 12th of November, between 17.00 and 20.00. This is a course designed for the management of home made preserves. Led by chef Carlos Perez you will discover all the secrets to turn fresh foods into delicious preserves. The course has a cost of  € 45 per person. It is well worth it!

The second cooking course will be held on Thursday 19th, also between 17.00 and 20.00. This course is focused on alkaline diet, which seeks to balance the internal pH, by consuming mainly alkaline products. A healthy and beneficial diet with which you will learn to prepare a wide range of delicious recipes.
